Why Love?
Why should I love? Why should I be open to love, why should I put forth my energy, my heart? Why should I love others? What will I get out of it? What's in it for me?
What's in it for you is your Health--
You will have a body you love and enjoy. The energy, the literal electromagnetic energy of love will heal your body, will make your immune system work at optimal strength, will make your vision stay clear, will enable you to feel shivers running through you when you receive a touch from those you love. It will keep your hair healthy and shiny. Love will make your feet move lightly as you walk. Why do we say that when people are in love that "their feet don't touch the ground"? We actually step lightly when the feeling of love is inside us. Gravity (seriousness) starts to lose its hold on us. It'll be easier to get out of bed in the morning, your food will taste better, your lovemaking will be more outrageous. Love will make you stay young, literally. It will stimulate your pituitary gland to produce HGH (Human Growth Hormone) that will keep you from aging. It will keep your body beautiful, muscular, lithe, soft, masculine, feminine, sexy, aglow, alive, sparkling.
What's in it for you is Laughter--
With love inside you you will have the sense of the mischievious inside you. You will play, joke, cajole with others just because you can't hold it all inside. Love impels itself to share with others. You will be able to laugh at and help dissolve "serious" problems. You'll be able to see the humour, the absurdity, the cosmic joke in the world around you, the play of God.
What's in it for you is Romance--
With love inside you, it will fill your cup and after having filled you this love will automatically effervesce onto others and they will be magnetically drawn to you. You will find lovers wherever you walk. You'll be able to love others without fear. They will feel open, safe, and relaxed with you. Your love will activate the love within them and their love yours. You will not feel a need to cling or grip tightly, you will trust the process of personal-divine romantic love and this will open the flood gates of the bigger Love.
What's in it for you is Money--
Carrying the feeling of Love inside you will automatically move into practical manifestation in this world in loving ways. It will help, assist, care for others. Love will create elegant doings of participating in the world. The love given out will come back to you and some of this coming back will be in the form of money. This money will be Love's Money and this money is different than struggle's money, than conniving's money, than efforting's money, than manipulating's money, than fear's money. Love's money will feed you spiritually, emotionally, physically. It will give itself to you lovingly, it will support your awakening to who you really are. Love's money will care for you perfectly. It will know what you need, what you want, what will love you, what will excite you , what will make you feel good, before you do. Love's money will conspire to give to you what will create more love in you. Love's money will take no worry on your part, it will take care of itself.
What's in it for you is Power--
Those that have surrendered to "Not my will but Love's Will", are safe to carry power. Power to alter the physical, to manifest objects, to literally turn lead into gold, to lead others, to time travel, to dematerialize their bodies at will, to know all things, to read others thoughts, to fly through the air, to create multiple bodies, to heal others with a touch, to activate this same Love in others. Though some of these powers may be realized through wizardry and technique, Love lays these on your doorstep as an automatic gift when you go Love's way. These powers are self-sustaining and take none of your energy to maintain. All power is available to those who learn to walk in Innocent, Wise, Love.
What's in it for you is Wisdom--
Love is wiser than all the mind knowledge in the universe. Love enables you to access the skeins of time, to be able to view all things that have and will happen in the Creation. Mind cannot do this. Love has an all access pass and is free to travel anywhere and everywhere. You will wisely know when to assist others and when to let them learn by experience. You will know when to walk away, to not participate. You will know when to jump in, to follow Love's lead. You will know when to talk and when to be quiet. You will know where to go, who to be involved with, what to do to fulfill your Self.
What's in it for you is Peace--
You may not know exactly your fate, what awaits you down the road, what circum-stance you will encounter, fame, fortune or challenges. But with love you can remain in the place beyond the tumult of the world of opposites. You can accept what comes knowing that you are an eternal piece of the creator.
What's in it for you is Love--
The feeling, the energy of love itself. You can carry this feeling with you wherever you go. You can view your world through the lens of Love. It is indescribable, sublime, the poets muse, the mystics goal, the song in the singer, the source of God, the dancing child's impetus, the flowers' reaching for the sun, the root of all that is. Love is the force that created and sustains the universe.
Some have said that every doing, every endeavor, every action that every being has ever and will ever do is in search of Love. And teachers and masters through time have shared with us that it can be a decision to simply be....in(side) Love.
Love is it's own reward.

A Daily Moment of Intention
Truth Comes Back Into the World
Whatever your concept of God, a Higher Power,
or Cosmic Intelligence is,
Take a moment during the day
and appeal to this Force to bring
Truth more fully back onto our earth.
Maybe we can all agree that we want more Truth to come and manifest in our civilization on our planet.
Whatever "the truth" is, ask for it to come and manifest more fully on our planet and in the doings of the humans on the planet.
We may differ about what or who God is, or if there is a God, or a Higher Consciousness that guides our Universe. But perhaps we can agree that we would like to have more Truth manifest on earth, in our civilization and in our individual lives.
Science is proving today that we are electromagnetic beings. There are electromagnetic energy fields around our bodies that can be measured, "bio-electric" fields. These, we are learning, play a crucial role in our being able to heal.
The U.S. and former Soviet governments have admitted to using something called "remote viewing" in spying on each other. This is the ability to with the power of the mind be able to see over great distances or even see backwards and forwards in time. Governments have spent millions of dollars developing this mind-technology and admit that it works.
There are books being published every day that talk about people's personal encounters with "miracles" or the "supernatural". Angels appearing, being able to talk with departed loved ones, near death experiences of the other side, psychic abilities of everyday people are becoming common place. There is an explosion in knowledge about the spiritual and in our understanding of ourselves as spiritual beings and the abilities that have been dormant in us.
We have no difficulty believing in radio and television electromagnetic waves traveling through the air and then being somehow magically received and projected on our TV's or through our radios. Every soul is a receiver/sender as well. Or if you believe we are only bio-electric machines we still have this power to receive and send electromagnetic energy waves. Our thoughts and feelings are being broadcast all the time on our frequencies. The "reality" manifesting on earth is the sum of all our collective thoughts and feelings. We are all creating this current reality.
The good news is we can change "reality" on earth!! We have the power to affect what's happening on earth. Our thoughts and intentions literally manifest our collective reality on earth today.
If we can get thousands of us, (maybe only 144,000 as has been predicted) to participate in intending/believing/ willing that Truth come more fully onto the Earth, we will with our electromagnetic fields intending "Truth" affect the current reality into something more just, more fun, less painful, no wars, no strife, no disease, no food shortages, etc. It only takes a small percentage to trigger the whole. It can be likened to making yogurt, you only need a little starter "culture" and it will convert the whole batch to yogurt.
This requires no "work", no strife, no pain...simply taking a moment during our days to "Be still" and intend with our wills for a more Truthful world. You can do it on the subway, at a stop light, in the bathroom, before a meal, in bed before you go to sleep, as you wake up.
Science is proving that this willing/intending/praying works and believers of all faiths have always known it. This can be done simply, easily, in your private moments and you will know that thousands of others are doing the same thing and the results are guaranteed. There is no way that this electromagnetic force of thousands of people's intentions will not have an effect. It has to, it is a physical law.
Imagine the possibility of a shift into a more harmonious, peaceful, caring, plenty for all, no disease, no wars, no injustice, world. What have you got to lose? It won't take any energy away from you, this Moment of Intention will calm your nerves, your system, de-stress you, and if that is all it does you have at least gained something, less stress on your body and mind. Imagine a shift in awareness and caring for each other being able to happen easily with the intention of 1000's of souls manifesting it and a Higher Intelligence participating in fulfilling our intentions.
I appeal to your heart, your humanity, your wish for a more caring for each other world, to participate in this.
All it takes is a Moment of Intention.

Buttermilk and Invisible Ink
As I'm starting to write this they're playing "My Old Kentucky Home" in the background and are about to start the 2001 Kentucky Derby.
Invisible Ink is the name of a horse that is running today in the Kentucky Derby. This is his story.
A small nick was found on the leg of Invisible Ink earlier this year. The trainer didn't think much about it, they gave him some antibiotic as a precaution and didn't feel the need to inform the owner. Well, the infection got worse and Invisible Ink developed colitis and severe diarrhea. He lost 200 pounds quickly. Several top veterinarians were consulted, they tried everything they knew. The owner, now concerned, recalls seeing his horse in severe pain go down in the stall several times and each time he thought he wouldn't get back up. The veterinarians finally told him that there was nothing more they could do and they recommended that the horse be put down. The owner relating the story, said:
--"I didn't agree with that and I called an old friend who's a retired vet. I told him, 'I know you can bring horses back from the dead, well this one's not dead yet so it'll be easy for you.' "
The old vet recalled:
--"Well, John called me and asked me if there was anything I could do to help him with his horse. I don't know where I learned this or if I thought of it myself years ago, but I told John to go to a farm that had raw buttermilk, not homogenized or pasteurized, but raw. I told him to take the buttermilk and set it out in the sun. Then let it sit there until there's a thick skin on it with a bunch of dead flies on top. Then take the flies off and feed the ripe buttermilk to the horse and it will help add some good bacteria back into the system."
John, the owner continued:
--"I've never seen a horse come back that fast. Pretty soon we had him back training. And now we're here at the Kentucky Derby. And it was all just buttermilk."
The feature piece finished, they went back live and began interviewing John, the owner, standing outside Invisible Ink's stall on the Derby grounds. He said he couldn't believe he and his horse had made it there. With that he choked up, his chin quivered and he put his hand on his horse's muzzle. The reporter, at a loss for words, sent it back to the announcer.

I'm back. They just ran the race. A horse named Monarchos won the race with the second fastest time in history going under two minutes. Only the great Secretariat has ever run a faster time and many have thought that no other horse would come close to going under two minutes. Monarchos ran a spectacular race almost beating Secretariat's record.
Invisible Ink came in second.

Multiple Bodies,
Multiple Realities,
Operating in Several Dimensions at Once
A while back my mother told me that years ago when my sister had been hit by a car I had been present and assisted my sister until the paramedics and police arrived. I, on the other hand, have a distinct recollection of being at a friends house and coming home to hear that my sister had been hit by a car. My mother and sister however were saying that I had been there to help right after the accident. I was equally sure that I had been nowhere near the accident. I didn't say this to my mother as she was telling me the story. I was interested in hearing her and my sisters side of the story. I've learned to not alert the collective Mind to these "discrepancies" in reality.
I was sharing this story with a friend, Mary, and it prompted her to tell
me about a similar incident that happened for her.
In Mary's words,
"I'd never spent time with my brother or his family.
But recently my niece, Holly, got in touch with me because she wanted to
invite me to her wedding, along with letting me know she wanted me more
fully in her life. At ages 29 and 49, we started a relationship.
In one of our early conversations, Holly shared a story with me. She
recalled a stressful time period she had gone through when she was about
11 years old. She said that I telephoned her asking her if she was
stressed about school. Holly said "yes, how did you know that?" I said
"can I come over to see you"? Holly said "yes".
According to Holly, I came right over and asked her to go out into the
backyard with me to look at the moon. She told me we stood outside for
half an hour, looking at the moon, with me giving her instructions on how
to use a pink quartz necklace that I then gave her. Evidently I told her
that when she felt stress, she should hold or wear the pink quartz
necklace while staring at and becoming one with the moon, saying "Moon
shadows, please take this stress from my body". I told her that the
quartz necklace would absorb or pull the stress out of her body.
I questioned Holly over and over because I didn't recall any of this. I
asked her "I gave you a necklace?". "'Yes", she said, "and you told me
that the necklace would help relieve my stress and that I should go
outside, look at the moon, say a little prayer and the stress would be
pulled out of me." "Are you positive that this really happened" I asked
her. "Yes" she said. Then while we were on the phone she went and got
the necklace I had given her. "I have the necklace you gave me right
here" Holly said. I was baffled by it all. I thought about asking her
if I could see the necklace hoping that it would help me remember
something, but I didn't ask.
Three weeks later Holly came to my home and before I could say anything,
she said, "Here, I have something for you". It was the pink quartz
necklace that she spoke of. She said that when I had given it to her it
was clear and that it had gotten progressively cloudy. She left the
necklace with me. I asked her repeatedly about this and she is positive
that it was me that came to her. I have no conscious recollection of
doing this. Here is a photo of the actual crystal that Holly said I gave
her.
Mary continued with another example of what she now calls her "twin"
showing up.
"My friend Dan says that I show up for him alot as well".
Sometimes he hears 'her' (as Mary refers to her double) talking to him.
According to Dan "she" shows up anytime, anywhere, solid to translucent.
"She's" shown up to Dan well over 80 times now.
Another appearance: A girlfriend of Mary's reported to her that she
heard "her" (Mary's double) talk to her over a 10 day period while in
Hawaii. The funny thing was the physical Mary was in Phoenix! This
woman also said she saw glimpses of "her".
Mary says sometimes she is aware of being in two places at once. She
feels herself in places like Hawaii, Beverly Hills, Carmel, Prescott, and
Sedona while physically being in Phoenix. She says that when this
happens, it feels very real. She says "I'm literally in two places at
once. It's so real that I don't have to go visit those places because I
was just there. It's sort of like deja vu ... only deja vu is about
feeling like "you've been there before". This is different in the
respect that "I am there now", and here too." WOW

As we were talking about this concept of having multiple bodies, having our consciousness in different places at the same time I started to recall being by my sisters side after her accident. I could recall watching from up in the air, sort of 10 ft above the ground and seeing the whole thing. And I also know that I was at my friends house completely unaware that anything had happened.
Did some angel assume my personality to help my sister because that would be acceptable in the worlds eyes, did I really manifest a second body but I wasn't ready to accept that conciously at that time? Are we larger souls with many simultaneous experiences going on in several dimensions? I'm not sure, but many people are starting to recall similar incidents and these stories are starting to be told. We are much larger beings and the energy of the created universe moves in much more mysterious ways than we've been socialized to believe.*
*After writing this I spoke to my mother again about what happened with this car accident. Thereby alerting "the mind" to this discrepancy in "reality". She now says:
"No you weren't there but the day before you taught your sister how to fall like they train people for parachute landings. You taught her in detail the very day before and she feels this helped her when she was thrown from being hit by the car in landing so as not to sustain any more severe injuries."
Do we continually adjust our realities to fit our present? Is there really just a "Now" and that we are continually recreating the past according to the filters and beliefs we are currently operating with? Does this happen imperceptibly to our concious mind until we are ready to start becoming concious of this process? What is the clearer understanding of time-space what we call "reality"?

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly.
One day a small opening appeared. He sat and watched the butterfly for
several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole.
Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten
as far as it could and it could go no farther. So the man decided to help
the butterfly, he took apair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of
the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a swollen body
and small, shriveled wings.
The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any
moment, the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body,
which would contract in time.
Neither happened!
In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a
swollen body and shriveled wings.
It never was able to fly.
What the man, in his kindness and haste, did not understand
was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly
to get through the tiny opening were Life's way of forcing fluid from the
body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight
once it achieved it's freedom from the cocoon.

Explorers Comb Cuban Seas for Treasure, Mysteries

HAVANA (Reuters) - Barely touched since the colonial era of piracy and shipwrecks, sea bottoms around Cuba are an underwater fantasy world promising treasure-laden sunken ships, insights into times gone by -- and maybe even a lost city.
Once a hub for shipments of gold, silver and other plunder from New World to Old, the Caribbean island's waters likely hide billions of dollars' worth of treasure from hundreds of ships that sank after encountering reefs, storms or pirates.
But that is not all that tempts foreign companies, which, in a joint venture with President Fidel Castro's government, are beginning an unprecedented, systematic search of one of the world's most-fascinating, least-explored undersea regions.
As well as gold-laden Spanish galleons, important secrets and insights into regional history, global environment trends, ancient geography and marine science also lurk in the depths.
``It's a new frontier,'' enthused Soviet-born Canadian ocean engineer Paulina Zelitsky, from British Columbia-based Advanced Digital Communications, poring over video images of hitherto unseen seafloor taken by underwater robots.
``We are the first people ever to see the bottom of Cuban waters over 50 meters. ... It's so exciting. We are discovering the influence of currents on global climate, volcanoes, the history of formation of Caribbean islands, numerous historic wrecks and even possibly a sunken city built in the pre-classic period and populated by an advanced civilization similar to the early Teotihuacan culture of Yucatan,'' she said.
ADC, the heavyweight among four foreign exploration firms here, was testing its deep-water equipment off Havana Bay late last year when its ship, ``Ulises,'' found the century-old wreck of a U.S. battleship, The Maine, while surveying the seabed.
The ship blew up mysteriously in 1898, killing 260 American sailors and touching off the Spanish-American War.
ADC has also been exploring a string of underwater volcanoes about 5,000 feet deep off Cuba's western tip, where millions of years ago a strip of land once joined the island to Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula.
LOST CITY OFF WESTERN CUBA?
Most intriguingly, researchers using sonar equipment have discovered, at a depth of about 2,200 feet, a huge land plateau with clear images of what appears to be urban development partly covered by sand. From above, the shapes resemble pyramids, roads and buildings.
ADC is excited but reluctant to speculate until a joint investigation with the Cuban Academy of Sciences and the U.S. National Geographic Society takes place early this summer.
``It is stunning. What we see in our high-resolution sonar images are limitless, rolling, white sand plains and, in the middle of this beautiful white sand, there are clear manmade large-size architectural designs. It looks like when you fly over an urban development in a plane and you see highways, tunnels and buildings,'' Zelitsky said.
``We don't know what it is and we don't have the videotaped evidence of this yet, but we do not believe that nature is capable of producing planned symmetrical architecture, unless it is a miracle,'' she added in an interview at her office at Tarara, along the coast east of Havana.
ADC's deep-water equipment includes a satellite-integrated ocean bottom positioning system, high-precision side-scan double-frequency sonar, and remotely operated submarine robots. They plan to add two submersibles to take people down.
On the treasure trail, it has already located some 700 target sites where historic wrecks are thought to lie and it recently videotaped and identified three of them as large, 17th century ships with valuable cargo.
Bringing up treasure will finance the project. But Zelitsky said, ``Our agenda is much broader. We are very anxious about global environmental changes. Archeology is providing us with the means to conduct broader scientific ocean exploration.''
The other three foreign companies -- one Canadian, one French and one South African -- operate in shallower waters than ADC. Under contracts with Cuban state partner Geomar, all the firms have concessions to explore in different swathes of sea and would share profits with the government.
